Yes, I do think so. Of course it always depends on whether or not you would like to give it to them or not. Sometimes it's the best course of action to NOT give them a second chance - especially when they would have just done the same thing again anyway. When given a second chance, one should be thankful, and realize how lucky they are to have been granted that. Depending on the gravity of what you did in the first place, it may be a very big thing for the person to give you another chance.
(I'm sorry I don't post here, but no one reads it anyway :P)
