May. 25th, 2009 10:30 pmI am ignoring taking a break from writing the speech for my election camaign in Latin class and actually making a journal entry here (even though no one really reads it lawl).
I just got back from probably one of the best Anime Norths I've ever had. I went through the whole time without being emo once :P and...was actually able to talk to people?! What?!
We met some lovely crossdressers, including Phineas, who was wonderfully swoonworthy, and we were naturally creeps and videotaped him through the window of the cafe. Oh dear.
And when I first got into manga/anime, it was all the shonen stuff (DBZ, inuyasha, etc.), I had a sub to Shonen Jump and everything. Then all of a sudden I just started liking shoujo stuff better...at the con I bought three Shoujo Beat magazines, even though you could get 2 Shonen Jumps for 5$ I still bought Shoujo Beats at 4$ each...lol! I guess because now they are full of Naruto, Death Note, and Bleach. I'm only interested in Naruto, but its way past the point I stopped reading at, and I would have no idea what was going on.
