Day 4

A habit you wish you didn't have...

Laziness and procrastination. I don't have a job right now, and I have finished school, so I pretty much have the whole day to do whatever I want
I should be able to do all sorts of lovely things, like work on my costumes, make clothing for my dolls, write, read, go for walks. ANYTHING.
But I don't. And I don't...really know why.
There are times when I get inspired to do things, but then I look at the clock and am like "Oh well I can't because a show I like comes on soon". Sometimes I don't even watch the show! And yet I still don't do anything!
It is really stupid, and I've rambling to myself a million times about how I need to stop this, but I haven't been able to resist the temptation.
I think that what I need is a timer that shuts my internet off between certain hours so that I HAVE to do other, more constructive things.
In addition to this, I can't get another job until I renew my SIN card with my new legal name. I could literally do this ANY DAY, but for some reason I find it impossible to leave my house.
At least I am doing something tomorrow - my brother is coming over and we are cooking, and then we are heading out to a book launch.

Another habit I wish I didn't have is putting off my correspondance. Someone will leave me a comment or send me a message and I will fully intend to reply, but it will take days, weeks, sometimes months for me to muster up the words/sociability to respond to them. I want to make friends but that seriously gets in the way. I must remedy this.

Yes I know that I technically "skipped a day" but I count my days as the time between when I wake up and when I go to bed. I'll probably post "today's" sometime "tomorrow" when I get up again.
